At Little Foundations Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because our products are digital downloads that become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are generally final.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.

• You did not receive your purchased files due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

• The downloaded file is corrupt or significantly different from the product description.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases.

• Change of mind.

• Purchasing the wrong resource.

• Incompatibility with software not listed in the product description.

• Failure to read the product description before purchase.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed because access to the digital files is provided immediately.
